To start off the new year, Dr. Yang will be teaching at the Northwest Internal Arts center in Portland, Oregon.

This will be a weekend seminar from 9:00am-5:00pm on Saturday and Sunday, January 22-23, focusing on Qigong, developing a strong root, and fundamental Sticky Hands (Pushing Hands) training. There will also be emphasis on understanding the play of forces, energies, and intentions in partner practice.

Space is limited! There will be a maximum limit of 45 participants, so please preregister soon to ensure your place. The seminar price for the whole weekend will be only $240. The address of the school is: 1200 SE Morrison St., Portland, OR, 97214.

Dr. Yang will be teaching seminars in Boston beginning in February.

Coming soon! The disciples filmed their first instructional martial arts DVD last summer, and it will be ready for release early next year. Some of the things you will see in this DVD:

• Qigong fundamentals for martial artists, taught by Master Yang
