Seeking Funds for Construction of New Training Area

We reached our fundraising goal for this project! A big THANK YOU to donors.

We can still use your support! We still need the generosity and kindness of donors from around the world to make this Retreat Center possible. Any help you can provide is much appreciated! Due to the overhead and difficulty of funding and operating the Retreat Center, even Dr. Yang will begin teaching at various locations around world again, as early as next year.

We are now starting a fundraising campaign for the construction of a new semi-enclosed training area. Our goal is to raise $15,000 by June 1st, 2009 to build a 50' x 30' covered training platform. It will include a 12' x 30' area with a set of ten punching bags arranged in different ways for specific types of training. This new facility will enable the disciples and seminar participants to train uninterrupted during rainy weather or when shade is needed. Please use the PayPal link to help us reach our goal!

Use the Donate button below to make a one-time donation of any amount:

Construction has begun and we intend to complete it within the next couple months so that it can be available when the disciples begin training basic forms and sequences. Sequence training is currently schedule to take place after the completion of the heavy body conditioning segment. See the full training curriculum here.

We will keep you updated with weekly updates of the funds raised on this page. Please show your support and help make this part of the training center a reality. Any amount that you can contribute will help. The training area will be maintained by the students and available to all visitors of the Retreat Center.

Dr. Yang and the Retreat Center team are continuously striving to create the ideal training environment, one in which we may immerse ourselves within nature and focus on training our skills to new, high levels. Throughout the past four years, the community has shown increasing confidence and support for the Retreat Center project. Dr. Yang's mission to promote and teach traditional Chinese health, discipline, and culture has struck a chord, and people from all around the world are voicing their appreciation for the Retreat Center's novel and unique approach. This new training area will help strengthen and facilitate training practice and other activities for everyone who comes to the Retreat Center. We thank you for your continued support!
