Get a glimpse into the beginnings of YMAA and Dr. Yang's history in performances and interviews. Dr. Yang discusses his dream to introduce Chinese culture to the West. He has been working hard for over 40 years to preserve and pass down his knowledge, resulting in the establishment of YMAA International and the YMAA Retreat Center.

Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming established Yang’s Martial Arts Association in 1982, and it has since grown into a worldwide organization consisting of 55 schools in 18 countries. Dr. Yang has written more than 30 books and 80 instructional videos and taught hundreds of seminars worldwide. He was voted by Inside Kung Fu magazine as "One of the ten people who have made the greatest impact on martial arts in the last 100 years."

To celebrate these great accomplishments, YMAA Publication Center presents this tribute DVD, compiled from video footage and photographs of Dr. Yang, guests, and YMAA students from all around the world. The program contains dozens of performances by groups and individuals showing Kung Fu, Taijiquan, and other award-winning demonstrations. There are also interviews with Dr. Yang and senior YMAA students.
